Course: Annual First Aid Refresher Course (Emergency First Aid at Work or First Aid at Work)

Description:

The Health and Safety Executive now strongly recommend that it is good practice for first aiders to undergo annual training in-between the 3 year certification period, due to the loss of first aiders skills over time.

This short course allows delegates to refresh essential topics and their life saving skills and also to cover any changes to first aid procedures.

Training will also offer clients the chance to cover additional topics such as: Use of Defibrillators, Anaphylaxis, Baby and Child First Aid, etc. which will be added to the end of these half day sessions.

A certificate is awarded on course completion (there is no examination).

Duration:

This course lasts for ½  day or 3 hours.

Content:

The short course allows candidates to generally refresh the lifesaving skills gained on either the Emergency First Aid at Work course or First Aid @ Work course.
